When will my item arrive?
Shipment using Registered Air Mail usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive at most destinations while courier services takes far less time (usually ~1 week only). At Nidalap store, the default shipment method used is Registered Mail Service for items under $100 or courier service such as DHL, UPS or EMS for items above $100. Please note that as soon as the item for your order has been shipped and you have received the Tracking Number (TN) for the shipment, our responsibility for that order ends (FOB shipping term). The responsibility for the item delivery then is handed over to the postal or courier service. NOTE for UK CUSTOMERS: Tracking Number for your order could only be tracked until it left the origin country. After the package has arrived in UK, there is no way the package could be tracked online. We could only hope that your item will arrive as soon as possible. Normal delivery time is about 1-2 weeks after the item arrived in UK, but I ever experienced the longest delivery time is 2.5 months! This is possible if during big holidays combined with bad weather. But nevertheless, the package will be delivered no matter what. So please be patient as we could do nothing about it. It's totally depend on the postal service performance.

Is there any warranty for the products?
YES. We provide ONE YEAR warranty for all products you purchased at Nidalap eCrater store. Shall you have any problem with the product, you may, under our consent, return the product to us for repair or replacement. Please note that it is buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping fees.

Do I have to pay Tax?
In most cases in most countries, order above $50 in total (item price + shipping & handling fees) will be subjected to tax. The tax amount varies among countries. It is your responsibility to find out the tax rate for your own country. Nidalap eCrater store does not responsible for the tax issues that might applied to your order, but we will try our best to declare the item price as reasonably low as possible to minimize the tax burden you might experience. If you have been taxed for your order, feel free to inform us the tax information in your teritory so that we can update the tax information here at Nidalap eCrater store and help provide useful information for future buyers from the same location as yours.
