- Your order will be handled within 1-3 business days before it gets shipped to ensure that everything is fine. Sometimes, when my schedule's getting busier than usual, it could take up to 5 days
- All products are to be shipped via registered mail with tracking number unless otherwise specified. This is to ensure deliverability of our products.
- We will notify you via paypal when the tracking number is already available, usually within 1-3 business days after your payment has been cleared. Occasionally this may take up to 5 business days (a whole week) for the handling time, especially when the major public holidays are coming. Please remind me if somehow I forget to notify you the tracking number, ok? :)
- If you notice unusual thing on the status of your order (e.g: tracking number status hasn't been updated for whole week), please contact us immediately to have us check the status manually on our local post. Likewise, you're also highly encouraged to check on your local post too and let us know any information to match our findings about the issue.
- For UK Customers, it's normal for the tracking number not being updated AFTER the item has left for your country. This is because Royal Mail don't update it. But they will deliver it nevertheless. The normal waiting time is about 1-2 weeks, but the worst is 2.5 month. If you want faster shipping, I will use DHL which takes only 1 week or less and traceable. But there will be huge additional cost for the shipping ($20 - $35 depends on item weight)
- ALL of our products are covered with ONE-YEAR International Warranty. Shall you see our product is defective, you're welcome to claim the warranty up to one year after the purchase date.
- The shipping cost to send back the defective product to me and for me to send the repaired/replacement product back is fully at customer's responsibility.
